100% Local, Raw Honey

from $14.00
sold out

Our local, raw honey is a mixture of early and late flowers and plants. A lot of the honey produced in this area is very dependent on the amount of rain that falls the months before April. Early in the year, the majority of the nectar source is orange blossom. There is a little peach and plum added in by the bees, but it depends on the weather and how much of those sources they can gather. This honey is usually a light amber colored honey and very tasty.

During the summer when floral sources are abundant and plants such as Yellow Star Thistle, numerous wildflowers and Blue Curl get mixed together by the bees, a fantastic tasting honey with a medium dark amber colored honey is produced.
